Zips buys Zippy's Car Wash

Zips Car Wash has acquired Sevierville, Tennessee-based Zippy's Car Wash, reports carwash.com.

Located at 994 Parkway, Zippy's will become the 18^th carwash in Tennessee operated by Zips.

Customers can still avail of the seven-days-a week service the car wash has been offering and can expect longer hours of operation to 8 p.m.

Apparently, a minor name change will be implemented—from Zippy's to Zips.

Zips Car Wash operates 73 locations in nine states.
