Mammoth Holdings recently opened two new Silverstar Carwash locations in Anoka and Blaine, Minnesota, as part of its strategy to develop greenfield operations and acquire existing brands. This expansion brings Mammoth's total to five sites in Minnesota and 28 under the Silverstar Carwash brand.

Dave Hoffmann, Chairman and CEO of Mammoth Holdings, expressed enthusiasm about serving the Anoka and Blaine communities with advanced technology and high-quality service. These openings are part of Mammoth's broader plan to reach 500 locations nationwide, with four new sites launched in the past month.

Mammoth Holdings, which operates 140 locations, emphasizes customer-focused operations and strategic acquisitions. The company aims to be the preferred partner for carwash operators seeking liquidity, growth capital, and tax-deferred equity investments.

The company's diverse portfolio includes Busy Bee Car Wash, Coastal Carwash, Finish Line Car Wash, and many others. Mammoth is actively pursuing further acquisitions and development opportunities, backed by significant growth capital.

In 2018, Mammoth partnered with Red Dog Equity LLC and the Pritzker Organization for equity support. In December 2022, Mammoth sold a minority stake to CCMP Growth Advisors, gaining additional capital for expansion. Oak Hill Advisors provides debt financing through its partnership with BMO Capital Markets.
